💳 4. ENTRY FEES & PAYMENTS

• Once payment is successful, a transaction ID or screenshot must be uploaded.
  
  

• Entry fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by us.

• Upon successful payment, players will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
  
  

• In case of payment failure, do not attempt duplicate payments. Contact support.
  
  

• Any attempt at UPI fraud or fake payment proof will lead to immediate banning of the player and team.
  
  

🎯 6. TOURNAMENT FORMAT & RULES

• Format (Solo/Duo/Squad) and rules will be shared prior to each match.
  
  

• Match dates, lobby codes, and timing will be communicated to team captains.
  
  

• No hacking, teaming, or use of third-party software is allowed.
  
  

• Violation = Disqualification + Blacklist from future events.
  
  

👥 7. TEAM CONDUCT

• Toxicity, hate speech, or harassment will not be tolerated.
  
  

• Be respectful in chats, streams, and Discord/Telegram groups.
  
  

• Teams must be available at scheduled times. No-shows may be replaced.
  
  

🏆 8. WINNINGS AND PRIZES

• Prize pool distribution will be announced before the tournament.
  
  

• Winners must provide valid UPI or bank account details within 7 days.
  
  

• Prizes will be disbursed within 7–14 working days.
  
  

• In case of disputes, our admin decision is final.
